Very good service from Bradleys, especially Will, who kept us well informed. House was sold very quickly with limited fuss from Bradleys although we felt that we should not have taken advantage of the inclusive solicitor package, as dealing with a Solicitor so far away meant everything had to be sent by recorded delivery i.e. identity, deeds etc. and any queries meant a telephone call plus extra correspondence, whereas if the solicitor had been local a visit would have been much quicker.
