Aggressive and pushy in their sales technique in order to try and persuade me to choose them as my letting agent - right from the first point of contact. Their terms and conditions for letting properties were very much in line with other competitors that I was also considering, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

While the person who came round to value the property was polite and friendly, the person I spoke to at the office before and afterwards was extremely pushy. I was particularly unhappy with his manner in his follow up call once I had advised them that I had decided to go with another agent. He also continued to pressure me to use them when I had clearly declined on several occasions.

I totally agree with the above email. They are Terrible. They say what you want, then get you in the contract. They bullied my tennats. I am a landlord tried to get hold of the tennats to discuss particular issue at the property, Rebecca Snape, and the Team are the same, Joshua Albright, Siannie. The tennats where also trying to get hold of me, they never told me. I asked on 5 email correspondence over 11 days then gave up and had to get details from neighbours. Now I am trying to get lawyers ...
