Helen has been an incredible person who has assisted, advised my sister and I regarding our properties over the years. Her flexibility is unquestionable, her knowledge and honest advice has definitely helped us in the continued management of our properties. She is extremely reliable, trustworthy and we are always confident that if a matter / issue arises that Helen will be able to deal with the matter in a swift manner and with a re-assuring and sincere approach. Her friendly and positive personality is also a bonus especially when dealing with landlords who may be stressed with certain situations that can occur during a tenancy. I feel very comfortable in knowing that Helen is always there to support us.
We had an unexpected situation that occurred one evening whereby there was a roof leak at one of our properties. I had no option but to call Helen in the evening at an unsociable hour of 8pm. I was uncomfortable in calling her at this hour during her private time; however, she assured me and assisted with the matter extremely professionally.
