I worked with the West Bridgford branch (not the Nottingham one, please be noted), who, at first, seemed very likable and friendly. As soon as problems began occuring, contacting them via email was hard as the office staff seem partly illiterate, do not reply in a timely fashion, and never offered me a helpful suggestion, not once. Things would escalate because of this, and we would end up receiving angry calls/emails from the boss whose job should be to calm all parties down rather than join in the upset. Their overly-legalised contracts and policies have no doubt been put in place because they rub people up the wrong way like this and need to protect themselves. Very bad customer service. Every time we contacted them we went away feeling abused and frustrated rather than thankful and happy.
