I would like to thank Abi and Hamid from Ward and Partners, Herne Bay for the excellent service i received with the let of my property. I initially received a mail shot through the door and contacted Abi, who arranged to view the property. Everything regarding letting my property was explained in detail, but simply.
All my options were explained, which made the whole process easy to understand.
My property was then marketed very quickly and professionally, with a large number of viewings within the first week.
Abi and Hamid kept me informed throughout the process, with regular calls.
They both conducted the viewings, and gave me immediate feedback once completed.
I am happy to say that a tenant was found very quickly, and as before the whole process was handled extremely well, making the whole process very quick and easy for me.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone letting their property.
