It's a common perception that selling your house is one of the most stressful times of your life. Well it wasn't for us!
From initial valuation, through to exchange of contracts I simply cannot fault the service we received and the professionalism exibited by Simon Lemcke and his team.
Simon told us that he would sell our property within a certain timeframe (which I took with a healthy pinch of salt) and he delivered!
Just two small block viewings over 2 weekends was all it took. Admittedly, our house is in a highly desireable area, but Simon and his team know the Brighton & Hove market better than most and more improtantly know exactly who to market this type of property to, therefore avoiding timewasters and false hope.
By contrast, next door (a very similar house to ours in every respect) went up for sale on the exact same day with a national agent and took many more viewings and many more weeks to sell.
Throughout the entire process Simon kept us fully up to date and worked for us to ensure that everything went as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
I would highly recommend Goldin Lemcke and will not hesistate using them again in the future.
