Leigha did the viewing,
we said that We are happy to rent the property. Our status was checked and it was as straight forward as that, there was no playing us off with other interest parties eg as some other local agents did trying to get us to pay over the asking rental price advertised. Totally honest, friendly and fair.
Since moving in, on their inspections if any problems on the property has arisen they have sorted it out using excellent polite and professional trades people.
If I was a vendor that wished to let my property I would be very happy knowing Newboulds are taking care of my property. As a tenant Newboulds have been Exellent!!
