We have always used The team in Forest Hill to help let our property.
Over the years we have established a good working relationship and
they are very professional at all times. They have always managed to find good tenants
quickly and at the rate we wanted. This time round has been
particularly good with a smooth and fast turnaround.
They offered to help me with moving some furniture too which
went above and beyond their duties. Paperwork was all done online which saved time- so as
long as you had a printer you're ok! The only thing I would suggest is them verbally going through the
fees structure too rather than just leaving it for client to go through- fees being transparent so no queries at the end. Other than that a good team effort - thank-you Forest Hill Leaders!
