PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO CONTACT WITH YOUR MOVE

Before going to see the house, they told us the rent is 750 pound, after we decided to rent the house they told us it was 950 pound.

They took 100 pound for deposit first from each person, and hidden the charges until the day you move in. The hidden charges are Tenant Set Up Fee for 360 pound.

We asked for a letter to prove that we live in the tenant for the UK border, they Samantha Ware told us they will write for us don\'t worry, until we pay the all the fees (4210 pound for only 4 months), she said if we need the letter we have to pay another 120 pound for each letter.

After moving in the house, the boiler, cupboard in the kitchen, freezer, fridge are broken, even the washing machine doesn\'t work properly sometime, the catch of almost all the doors and windows are broken, the pipe out side the house leaking everyday. The whole house wasn\'t cleaned, but they told us that they had already clean up the house professionally.

Because pipes was leaking everyday, but they don\'t care about us, but only mention about the charges in case the water leaking into the back garden. Maureen Whittle is totally helpless, but asking for money.

In the check out appointment, it says "if you are not ready to leave it may not be possible to carry out the check out. if a return visit is necessary a charge of 90 pound inclusive of VAT will be made and you may incur a further rental payment."

However, we do attend for the checking out and NO return visit, but we still got the 120 pound of charges for checking out, and they didn\'t mention about it before.

Finally, we clean up the house when we moving out, but we still got 242 pound for the cleaning charge, and they told us 100 pound just for the carpet in living room.

Finally, we spend 4210 pound for 4 months to rent a house (750 pound / month), and got back for only 488 pound.

Nobody help us in this 4 months, but only asking for money whenever we call them.

They was very kind before we pay for the 4210 pound.... they were friendly before.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They won\'t change, it is totally impossible.

Your Move should pay back money to you. It is expensive when renting from Your Move
