Appalling handling of potential sale of our house, we where forced to move estate agent in order to get interest (and sale). We had no confidence in the office staff following feedback from potential buyers that it had taken them weeks to book an appointment to see our property and when challenged the same staff where unsure of the property that we were referring to!!. To cap it all off we are now having to fight the incompetent agent in question for fees that they believe are due to them for a sale that they did not oversee, and that both ourselves and the buyers have not received evidence of unconditional contracts of sale!!. All I can advise from experience is steer well clear of this so called Estate Agent!.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Branch manager should act in a professional manner at all times and not resort to bully boy tactics to attain monies that have not been earned. The Agents complaints procedure requires a radical overhaul as the \'customer\' was left with questions completely unanswered..... primarily, how can an investigation into a complaint be carried out by the very individual that is directly involved in the complaint.
