I believe KFH, specifically the Southfields/Wimbledon office have been over-pricing properties. This particular property (99, Melrose Avenue) was on the market just 2 weeks ago for 765K with Brinkleys, now with KFH at 850K- this is unethical and unprofessional. The seller also stated that they had received secret mail to \'up the price and come off the current agent\' from an undisclosed source.

Clearly these agents are misleading the sellers and trying to distort the market- for their own short term gains. Is the government not going to regulate this practice?
What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to be honest and stop distorting the market and the economy in general.
