Fineholm were quite good during my stay. All my maintenance problems were dealt with quite quickly and I never really had any major problems with them. Its only after you handover keys and the question of deposits comes up. I was charged for cleaning even though I left the house spotless. When I queried it I was sent photos of my flat but it was dirty. I suspect the photos were from a previous tenant. Of course I had neglected to take any photos when I left - last time I make that mistake.

In all they are ok, but will shamelessly lie to hold on to parts of your deposit. When I asked if the cleaner was independent of Fineholm I received no reply.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest when handing back the deposit.
