The lady I spoke to ( tracy)was extremely arrogant and talked down to me when I asked for an allowance towards a boiler from the seller ,which the estate agent was aware that the boiler was leaking the leak was confirmed by an engineer and the seller had placed a container under the boiler to catch the water.They were dismssive of this however they thought it ok that the buyer of my house asked for a 500 pound reduction in our selling price because we were intending to take two pairs of curtains.On the day of our move they said not to worry about when we handed the keys in as the buyer wasnt moving in to the house that week,however at about 1400 we got a phone call form the estate agent who was abrupt with us asking why the keys werent there.After the sale we never got a thank you or good luck or any contact from kimmitts.This estate agent will under value your property so they can get a quick sale.
