As a potential purchaser, I was impressed by the amount of advice and support that was offered to me by the manager, Will Innman. I respected and trusted what I considered to be his honest approach regarding the property, and also in and throughout the subsequent negotiations as I proceeded to make an offer on the property. During the purchasing process he acted immediately when there was any inquiry by myself or my conveyancers, and this continued right up to the completion of the puchase and also after it. Each member of staff in the Okehampton office were helpful in a similar manner. I spoke to Leanne many times on the telephone and she was very helpful, as were Hannah and Jonathan. All in all an excellent service and a pleasure to have purchased through these agents.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure

1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.

2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.

3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.

4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
