I had an urgent request on Friday due to my boiler not working properly with no hot water, and within 24 hours the agent from Outlook (Thomas) responded and sent out a technician to fix it, so I had my hot water back on Saturday. And Kieran followed-up with the request to arrange for permanent fix. They are very responsive and helpful. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.
