Friends, if you\'re considering renting a property out you would do well to avoid IMS Lettings. Despite the total discontinuity here is a summary of less than a year with them -

1) Left tenants in the cold claiming that landlords knew the boiler was broken. Landlords did not know IMS just didn\'t tell them.

2) Informed tenants that landlords were visiting for an inspection. Landlords did not know they were meant to be there.

3) told landlords that tenants had switched off the boiler and now it is broken. Told IMS landlord would phone tenants. After a heated exchange the IMS chap said he did not know if the tenants had turned it off. He just assumed. I told him that I didn\'t when I left rental porperty his response was well people with common sense do! (Are we paying these guys?)

4) Late to appointments, forget to ring, forget to email.

But worse of all they lie, (our experience) they create distrust.

Why it's not like you will change because the year is 2014 and IMS are still charges people for nothing and have crap customer service and lie lie lie the worst ever. If I had the time and energy I would campaign that you lose your right as a company to even be in this business disgrace you lot are.
