I called Goodsir Graham back in December 2006. Since then I have instructed them 3 times on commercial lettings. My portfolio is small and concentrated around Islington and Hackney, so I am no Rockefeller! Anyhow the market has seen boom and recession in the last 4 years. The times I have asked Goodsir Graham to let my shops, they have been quick to report back with a comprehensive appraisal and view on quoting and achievable values. As soon as I gave them the go ahead, they got on the instruction right away, within a week having viewings booked and quickly getting offers in. I live overseas and therefore can't get hands on with my portfolio and have never met any of the team at Goodsir Graham. Despite this I have and continue to find them professional, commercial and hard working. For me they advise not just on maximising my rental income, they reported on all the tenants' ability to survive and be good tenants' long term for me.
