I personally found Cranes to be very unresponsive throughout the whole year, until it came to wanting to withhold money from the deposit, when they were inaccurate and wanting to claim money from me for things that were damaged before I had moved in (and which they already had a record of!). I think the office team spend more time arguing between themselves in front of customers than actually managing their properties! I know that there aren't many agents to choose from in that area, but from a tenant's perspective Cranes are to be best avoided if at all possible.
