Shelley was really helpful from start to finish, was a difficult rental due to my employer reference and my hr department being in India and not responding, Shelley was soooo patient and contact with her was great, every time we tried to contact each other we missed each other but she always called me back. Shelley knew that I was difficult to contact throughout the day so we ended up emailing out of hours when we were both probably at home! This to me is beyond the call of duty! We eventually managed to sort everything and now the property is rented! I received all the documents for signature immediately from Shelley which really helped also really liked the document signing etc online saved so much time! Follow up documents also received very quickly ie utilities and tendency deposit docs! She had the patients of a saint would definatly recommend Shelley to friends and family! Thank you
