AVOID. Awful awful awful experience selling our house. Misled us at every turn. Failed to reply to phone calls week after week. Turned prospective viewers away on grounds 'these other people are already going to buy it' (before exchange). Diabolical communication, different stories on different occasions. Refused to explain what their complaints procedure was. Pressurised us to accept low offers. Stated in writing that they were doing as the tenant stipulated when it came to completion dates - ignoring our instructions saying the tenant had nowhere to go when her lease ended (not true) and that they wanted her to be able to stay in the house as long as she liked.
