They have really put my husband and me in a difficult situation. At first, they seemed quite helpful, exclusive, calling every now and then. And Katherine there was very friendly and had a quite \'us young people understand each other\' approach.
But when we started the viewings, the information given on the adds, then orally via telephone conversations and on site were quite inconsistent. Furnished become unfurnished, 700 become 750, dates of move in changed, sum of hands on money to be payed before move in was swinging from 2000 - 3000 pounds for similar price ranged rentals.. and details like that. In the end, after a very much of wasting our time they took our application assuring us that it is just a matter of owner viewing it and accepting if he still wants to rent. They didn\'t say that the chances of pushing trough are minimal due to the fact they were pushing another application which was, in their later words - a better one. Having questioned the odds of the app and if there might be any issues for it not to pass before, we just felt like idiots to take their word that it is a matter of procedure. Yep, the joke\'s on us. Chancellors never again.
