Terms and conditions state that this agent 'RESERVES THE RIGHT' to charge a withdrawal fee. Be aware they will do this even if you withdraw your property after a period of several months (with proper written notice) due to circumstances entirely beyond your control (partner's terminal illness) and they will submit their bill regardless of death having followed within weeks.
