Lied from beginning, not telling us couple were divorcing and said property was chain free, when offer was accepted it became clear it wasn't chain free.
Took 10 days to hear back after offer. No idea about good communication, in fact after that offer we just assumed it was a no as we isn't hear anything.
After a survey undervalued property by 30k we spoke to agents of our house * they had also insisted this house and suggested a more realistic price. Tg visited our property and suggested 10k more. Essentially they get customers by inflating prices but this means houses are ndervalued and you can't proceed anyway.
Still not heard back over a week after getting survey back despite ringing or emailing every day.
