Helmores dealt with the sale of my property in a professional and efficient manner. My property was sold to the first person introduced by Helmores. If I had any queries then these were answered and dealt with very quickly which is, of course, very important when you are selling a house. I would thoroughly recommend Helmores as the service they provide is exceptional.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
