Cannot believe the service we acquired from Lilcac lettings. We had many specific requirements ranging from needing room for two king size beds,to a rabbit hutch to a big kitchen. Within minutes of contacting lilac we had a list of prospective properties and viewings booked. Not only did they personally take us to see these houses they also went to and fro to the first house we saw three times in the same day as we wanted to be sure. We knew this was the home we wanted and so went back the next day to sign up. We would have happily done it there and then but team lilac didn't want us to rush and feel under pressure. They were happy to sign us up there and then but suggested we slept on it. We went to the office first thing and by tea time the house was ours. We were only moving in 3 weeks later and even though we were already signed up and committed they still let us take multiple trips to the house for our parents to see and to measure up. Truly an outstanding service. Cannot sing lilac lettings praises high enough. Not only did they find us a perfect home even though they are now nothing to do with the house they have been at the end of the phone when two damsels in distress have been clueless. I have recommended there professional yet friendly approach to other people looking to rent and to friends that are renting their homes out. If I ever have to move again there's only one team I would be on and that's team lilac

After all a new home or indeed new start should be a happy time and we like nothing more than to know our Tenants are happy. Team Lilac must balance the needs of Tenants & Landlords alike but unlike many agents we look at every issue raised not from a profit point of view. We like to think we are fair, personal and unbiased which keeps all parties as happy as it possible to do so in our transient industry.
Many of our Tenants are long term and seem more than happy to remain so. Long term Tenants also means happy Landlords. Job done!
