I rented from this letting agent for just over 2 years. Terrible property, no heating, no double glazing.
In that time I kept the property in excellent condition and reported any problems with the property to the landlord so they could be resolved quickly. I have since vacated this property and to date have still not received my deposit back! The worst part is despite me sending emails to this agency they have not even bothered to respond to any requests I have made!!
This has left me no choice but to raise a formal complaint to the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) who are now looking into resolving this and getting my money back.
I can rest easy at night knowing that I left this property in excellent condition and the fact they have not returned my deposit shows me they are not a responsible letting agent. I find it very bizarre that they have not joined this website, but I am glad I have been able to let you know my views on this. Its about time we were able to hightlight the bad letting agents, considering so many people now rent we need to weedle out the excellent from the very poor!

I don't feel that they could do anything to improve their service. The team are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have used McRaes to sell and let property and I have no reason to consider using anyone else....
