Expect the best from Lucas and his team UNTIL you sign the contract.

Do not trust this company. They do not answer your calls , emails and take weeks to get back to you regarding a problem. They expect you to follow up on things that is their duty and do not take responsibility for anything. But when it comes to rent payments they are very QUICK to contact you.

This is a management company but it lacks organisation so badly. The staff do not communicate with each other which just makes it even more confusing for the tenants.

Choose another letting agency. This is a disgrace, absolute rubbish.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Do their job.

It is unfortunate that these tenants have felt the need to place a review suggesting such a negative image of our business. Although we seek constructive feedback from our landlords and tenants during every aspect of our services with the main aim of putting our clients first and exceeding expectations. However on this instance I am afraid to say this is not a true reflection of Lucas Grant Lettings in my opinion. If I am correct in identifying these tenants, this property is currently in arrears. As much as we try to be flexible and understanding of tenants situations it is ultimately our duty to chase late payments ensuring that our obligations to landlords and tenants are met.
