After we had tried to sell our late mothers property with another estate agent (we didn't get any viewings!) we changed to TCA. Very quickly they demonstrated their professionalism by making the transition seamless. Within 6 weeks of marketing we accepted an offer from a cash buyer and the sale went through quickly. Val was very professional throughout keeping us updated. Would really recommend using them - they do what they say they are going to do.

I put my house up for sale with this branch of little Sutton as they had a lady named val who was excellent at finding properties we would like. Plenty of feedback etc. val then left and the service went downhill rapidly, viewers not turning ...

we marketed this property significantly and generated a number of viewings. we had to take this individual to court and successfully obtained judgement against this individual. all fees are explained to clients and this was agreed by the judge ...
