Everyone we came into contact with at 1let was very helpful throughout our tenancy and the few problems we had with the flat were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. We mainly dealt with Ken and he ensured that any queries we had were dealt with as soon as possible and was very helpful when it came to getting the lease set up and ending the lease. We have also been informed within 2 days of moving out of the property that our full deposit will be returned with no deductions. We did spend a lot of time ensuring that everything was as clean as possible, but in my experience it is very uncommon for this to be recognised and for the full deposit to be returned without question! Would highly recommend renting from this company!
