We were happy to find them but with time it changed. Now we are very disappointed and upset. We fulfilled everything what they requested (6 month payment in advance!) gave all paperwork, reference and money to them on time. They gave lot's of nice promisses but after we paid they suddenly forgot about all their promises and even did not reply to our e-mails. We love the house we rent but considering to find something else as soon as possible because we can see now that these people (at least at the Bracknell office) are not reliable. And we are worried in advance about our check out. We can just hope that they are not willing to put all the maintenance and cleaning/painting costs on us that should have been done before we moved in (and was promissed). If we have to live with these conditions at least we don't want to pay any extra at the end when checking out.

John Mortimer Prop Mgt ltd, are not at liberty to undertake works on properites under management without the landlords permission to do so.
The tenant could easily have brought this to the attention of a senior manager and their complaint would have been investigated and a comprehensive response compiled.
All check out assessments are undertaken by independent inventory Agents therefore will be unbiased. If the tenant is in dispute with the findings of the Inventory clerk, they are liberty to seek the services of the arbitrator, however in the vast mamajority of cases, prompt refunds are made with deductions only being taken from the deposit if genuine damage has occured
