Absolutely appalling service!
Have actually never experienced worse service - anywhere! Not only was the staff abrupt and rude, he also lied to me and was found out, and from then on avoided me at all costs despite me putting down a bond.
Being sneaky and dishonest in a costumer service trade, where you should really be chasing your customers as they're making your money, is not the route to success. Clearly haven't got your landlords or your tenants interest at heart. Lets hope the owner doesn't find out your lack of integrity and interest for their property.

Avoid this agency at all costs.

The guy who currently runs the business, Brian Gaw, has been made bankrupt by a creditor that he and his cousin Jeff McFerran took money from and didnt pay back. Yes, the same Jeff Mcferran who took your money. He handed over his business to his cousin Brian Gaw who operates behind the scenes since he has been made bankrupt, but he is still running the business make no mistake about that. Very disappointing in service!
They were ok in the beginning but once we paid the double deposit and first month rent up front, they clearly don't give a s*** about the tenants.

Avoid this business at all costs. They managed my rental for years, at the end of which they told me that they had lost my security deposit and wouldn't be paying me the money back.
They are shifty, do not reply to messages or return calls, and once they have you signed up and have your money they will blatantly lie and pretend you don't exist. Avoid like the plague. ...

I rented a house from vision and would under no circumstances rent again, they get you on board with being as nice as they can then once they get your deposit that's it they change completely . Terrible service avoid at all costs for the rental ...
