The whole way through Kenny kept me informed, from when i put in my offer to completion on the property. Unlike other Estate agents Ward and Partners have kept me informed the whole way through and chased everything up like i have asked. On a few occasions Kenny has called me without me requesting a call back, just to let me know where abouts we were with things. He was always happy to let me go into the property to measure things and check certain things that i needed to do, to make sure i was prepared for when i moved into the property.
Certian members of Ward and Partners i feel could learn from Kenny and how he deals with his clients as a few times i have had to speak to other members of the team and feel these were not as helpful and quite rude. I feel kenny done everything within remit to make sure that i was fully aware of what was going on.
