From the outset to final exchange of keys we had excellent service from Ward and Partners. Viewings were arranged to be at convenient times for ourselves and had 3 separate viewings (including 1 after we had agreed to rent the property). All our questions were answered in a happy manner and the paper work was completed in a hassle free and quick manner. I found the referencing company a little lacking, but this is not the responsibility of the letting agent. The referencing company did not inform my brother that they were struggling with his work reference, which required us to chase it up even though we had paid for the service.

Kept in regular contact re how the house was marketing and the publics opinions on the property feedback basically and make me feel that they were actually doing something to sell my house

Customer service is very important to Ward and Partners and it is disappointing but thankfully unusual that a valued client feels dissatisfied with any aspect of the high level of service we provide. Where certain calls were not returned I would like to convey our apologies. I have read through our comprehensive sales records and believe that where incorrect information had been passed to you it was as a result of a miscommunication from a third party in the chain which was rectified the follow ...
