I rented my flat for 12 years through Major Son and Phipps with Andrew as my point of contact. During this time he has done an excellent job. He is professional, informative and always responds immediately to any communication. I have recently sold my flat through him and he was responsible for making the sale run smoothly (in fact he took care of everything given I live in New Zealand. I would highly recommend him as an agent.
