Martin &Co. are simply bthe worst letting agency I have used as a landlord. I had continual trouble with the manager trying to get maintenance work carried out. Eventually I had to end with them and transfer to another agents. I even had to go to court in a dispute over monies owed. I would not do business with Martin & Co. again.
