Dont rent from them, they always try to deduct your deposit by 100 quid (for professional cleaning), even you spent a few days cleaning the property before you left. I was renting a one bedroom apartment, i swear i cleaned the apartment in a very good state before i left and return the keys. However, after a few days, they will ring up and say they employed someone to do a PROFESSIONAL cleaning on the propert, therefore, the deposit will be deducted by 100 quid.
I was going to accept this kind of unfair arrangements, and keep telling myself that i wont use them again. but the thing is, we went to the office and asked for a receipt for such PROFESSIONAL CLEANING, and the lady was a bit annoyed and said the receipt is not in the office and promised to send it to us by post. Of coz it never receive in my post, this is why i am writing in here.
Viewings on your property once every 2 weeks (to be honest, i was renting an apartment which was also on sale, this is why we have viewings all the time). They will just call you and keep telling you that they will come to view the house in 24 hours so that you keep cleaning your house every minute.
Just avoid them!
