SCAMMERS! Firstly, charge us £80 referencing fee per person to obtain a reference, even though our previous landlords had emailed them to us, and secondly, when needing a reference for our flat afterwards, they charged us £30 per person. Yet to have our inventory checked, but looking forward to the bogus cleaning charges.
What agent could do to change your mind?
charged no ILLEGAL fees, and not been such a rip off!

They charged me 4 hours of cleaning on check out to clean dust in the baseboard and the back of the toilet... Make sure you make they go to court in any disput for the deposity don't trust the adjudication process from safedeposits......

They look to charge you for tenancy agreements (most charges can be dropped if you look into them). They will also charge you for ridiculous reasons on check out

I found out that they have been entering my rented flat without my knowledge. Their excuse is that they sent me an email, I must not have gotten it. There was no email and I've also discovered that this is not a single occurrence and it has really shook me up to think of a stranger coming into my home (as it turns out on a number of occasion) when I'm at work. No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
