I found Helmores to be very attentive to us. They were very proactive in getting us viewings that were meaningful, not just idle lookers. They were very helpful in advising us on how to impove things to sell our property and pricing it fairly. In particular we were very impressed with the help Loren Eginton gave us. When our sale transaction hit bumpy waters Loren was very much on top of everything and was excellent at keeping us informed. She phoned when she said she would and I got the impression she was actually rooting for us, it seemed like more than just a job to her.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Helmores to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
