This is an awful agents! They're so nice to you at the beginning while they're slyly taking away 2months (non refundable) rent for so called management fees for the rest of the tennancy. Then they don't care what happens once the tennants are in. If you by mistake go for the easy option of using their 'insurance' people (whoever they may be!) then your really in for it. Tennants legged it and Ludlow Thompson were happy to take all the insurance money and bank it for themselves. I wrote soooooo many emails asking for the money which was owed to me! But they ignore that and have the nerve to keep calling asking when I want to let my property again! Not with them no way never again!

Thank you for your comments, we belive we ave identified your case and we are sorry to hear you have not felt satisfied with the rental warranty policy, in certain instances less than honourable tenants do make payments for their rent that are subsequently clawed back by the card issuer. ou will understand that this is out of Ludlow Thompson's hands and is obviously an unfortunate turn of events.

With regards to the payments under the policy many of these payments will have been used towards recouping rent already paid to you as the landlord. The account should be resolved as of today and a final payment has been made this morning. Full payments have been made as per the terms and conditions of the policy and if you would like to discuss this further please contact us.
