Absolutely disgraceful.
Apparently 6 days without power to the entire house rented through Kings is acceptable to them. Words cannot describe how infuriated I am at the incompetence and utter lack of care they have expressed.
Since they have no form of compensation agreement for sub-standard living, I am going through citizens advice and other advice agencies to see how I can legally hit them for something as should anybody who is subject to their atrocious lack of service, morals and common sense.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have chased on getting the issue resolved quicker.
The agent could have provided regular updates.
The agent could have a compensation scheme in place wherein if a tenant is not getting adequate levels of standard living, the tenant is compensated with reimbursement of fees.
