The administrative staff members were very impersonal. They made appointments without checking if the property was available for a viewing. They sent us emails (without confirming beforehand if the appointment was suitable) stating the date and time only of the viewing - no greeting at all.

We had to call them to get feedback on the viewings of our property, as they rarely ever called with feedback. We were also dealing with different people from their office all the time and had no dedicated person dealing with our property.

One positive point about them is that they seem to bring many people to view our property. However, they did not screen any people before taking them to view our property and as a result brought many unsuitable tenants. After many weeks, they found a tenant who resides in Kenya with many children. A relative who viewed the property for this tenant offered to pay 6 months up front rent. We knew nothing about the tenant and our insurance company advised us not to accept the tenant.

The types of tenants they brought to our property and the poor communication made us concerned about the way they will manage our property.

We therefore did not trust them to look after our property and engaged another agent.
