I was a first time buyer and first met Leanne around 4 months ago when she showed me around a number of prospective properties in Stratford. Since the first time I met Leanne she had been nothing but extremely professional, competent, helpful, and very friendly. As a first time buyer I was unsure of many elements of the process, but she answered all my questions patiently and did not once make me feel stupid or inexperienced. She also offered help and advice on issues I wouldn't have even thought of! When my Father and Stepmother came to view the property with me for a second time, she answered all of their (very thorough!) questions where she could, but was honest about what she was unsure of: rather than blagging she went to research the right answer for us. She was excellent at keeping me informed and updated: she always called when she said she would, and emailed if she couldn't get a hold of me. She was very vigilant in terms of chasing the buyers for me on various issues to ensure things were moving as fast as possible. When things didn't go as planned (due to the seller rather than her) I really felt like she was doing everything in her power to sort it out, and was genuinely disappointed for me when things were delayed (again, through no fault of her own). When the exchange finally took place, she called to say congratulations and swap decorating tips!

My family in the north east refuse to believe there's such a thing as an honest, helpful, friendly, and trustworthy estate agent in London - there is, and her name is Leanne Fahn! I could not recommend her highly enough, and will always be thankful to her for making the scary world of first time buying as smooth as it could be. I am positive you won't be disappointed or let down if you use Leanne as your agent.
