Just found this website and review made in 2013
I am not sure who this is and what they meant by 'when you are on the books' It is not clear if the person was selling renting buying or letting.
We are a small independent agency with 30 years experience and pride ourselves on our professional, friendly and helpful service and so find this one review very strange. We are based in South East London not anywhere near Whitley Bay Tyne and Wear so maybe the person who posted the review has the wrong ...
