Firstly they had really bad communication with me, something was broken which I reported on the inventory which they said they would fix free of charge. It never got fixed. Then they had the cheek to try and charge me for it even though they said they would get it fixed. After a week arguing the case (after I left) through emails or constantly calling in the end I had to call the manager who wasn't answering my calls until I rang up Ample and asked for him and refused to talk anyone else.

They are also not up to date, wanting you to pay by cash, actually wanting you to arrive with the full rent cash in hand each month. That was ridiculous, I finally managed to argue the point which got fixed but if they ask you to do it don't!

They over charge the properties. I was paying a stupid amount for a room which had a rubbish and small kitchen, they changed he living room to a bedroom and therefore didn't have enough room for the kitchen. Aswell as a bath which was full of chips.

Everything was pretty much falling apart, and every time I went in they seemed incompetent to do their jobs. The only reason I took the place was because I had to start work a few days later, but I didn't think it would turn out as bad as I thought it would.

When leaving I found out that they are charging more for my room! Stay away from these guys!
