Well where do I start. When we reported faults they blamed the landlord for delays in rectifying said problems, when in fact they didn't inform the landlord as we found out when we spoke to the landlord ourselves! Sometimes they didn't even attempt to fix problems reported to them. Now to top it all off, they are trying to steal our money, encouraging us to move out early, as the landlord had sold the house, but then not returning our rent in advance owed to us. We've been renting for 13 years and this firm is easily the worst we've dealt with. Stay well clear.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Do their job properly and don't lie.

Abysmal agency. They only care about the money and don't mind tenants living in disgusting conditions. They blame the landlord for nothing getting done. Not worth your time or money....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more curteous to your tenants Be more responsive to complaints Be more professional. Update your system as it is archaeic. Manage your landlords better Stop playing the blame game. Man up to your responsibilities as an agent.
