We rented a property from this agency in 2012. Not once was the experience a positive one. The house itself was reasonable but with a few issues that we discovered on moving in. On requesting assistance with these issues, the landlord was protected even though promises were made to repair plumbing and structural issues. It took forever to have anyone come out and look at the problems or get quotes for repairs and if you dared complain, Ms Higgins was very quick to be rude, defensive, and unreasonable, clearly unable to see any point you are making. Anything that was done to sort out the issues, was done cheaply to the detriment of the property. Even on going in to the office for face to face discussions to get times and dates for works, they were quick to argue that we were making a fuss over nothing and accused us of "chasing" a repair man out of the property and not letting him do his job despite him saying that there was nothing he could do without prior permission and financing from the landlord. She also took it upon herself to send rude and aggressive text messages when the landlord was contacted by us in regards to the poor management and response from the agency even though she told us to deal with the landlord. Despite David Lloyd (company partner) being aware of the conduct of his employee after complaining about her bullying behavior, nothing was done. The only time they were agreeable was when we decided to leave the tenancy early in which not enough could have been done to get a new tenant. As above, avoid like the plague. Absolutely appalling and a complete nightmare to deal with.

Difficult to comment on this review as it's anonymous and refers to a tenancy that (I assume) ended in 2013, But I have a suspicion who has posted it and will leave it at that! All I can say is that all maintenance issues raised by tenants are treated seriously and we would never employ a contractor to repair a problem 'cheaply'. It's not in our interests or those of our client, the landlord. I think that the fact the reviewer mentions that we were 'agreeable' to replacing them with new tenants may tell you all you need to know.
