I WAS A TENANT FOR 3 YEARS , ROMANS CHEATED AND DECEIVED US . ROMANS ARE ABOUT PROFIT AND OVER CHARGING . THEY WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS IN THE BEGGINING . IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR LANDLORD AND THEY ARE MANAGING THE PROPERTY , THEY WILL PROTECT THAT LANDLORD ,IF YOUR CONTRACT ISNT DIRECTLY WITH THE LANDLORD , THEN WALK AWAY .THEY WILL NEVER GIVE THE DETAILS , THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THE LANDLORD SAYS THIS , LANDLORD SAYS THAT .WE PUT UP WITH NONSENSE FOR 3 YEARS , THEY EVICTED US , DID NO REPAIRS , LEFT US WITH NO GAS FOR 4 DAYS .IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH UTILITIES YOU HAVE TO PAY , AS THEY DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS AND PROVIDE NO CALL OUT SERVICE.
WE COMPLAINED , AND EVEN GOT THE COUNCIL INVOLVED , THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT .
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED . USE AN INDEPENDANT LANDLORD.

I lost £400/- in single day. Just selected the property and paid the initial amount but cancelled the property in an hour after heard a very bad remark about this agency from my close friend. They refused to refund and informed that they did some underground work with my money. Most of the cases they do charge every 6months with tenancy renewal fee and all the maintenance they blame the tenant and charge. How come this many positive feedback for this worst agency? Stay away from this fraud agency….
