LANDLORDS and TENANTS BEWARE!!
Apparently they pay all the bills, but WE RECEIVED LETTERS WARNING OUR SUPPLY WILL BE CUT OFF IF THE (AGENCY) CONTACT DOESN'T PAY. What landlord wants to risk that?!!? We've had to find ways to contact the owner of the flat directly, because the agency was NOT doing anything to maintain it. Is the 10% fee worth 0% of their effort?
Rude, unhelpful, only nice until you sign the contract. Sometimes staff members struggle to speak English - making phone conversations difficult. Must be chased DAILY to do anything to the flat, they'll agree to something to you verbally and forget about it. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THEM (if you can get a reply from them, of course). They don't even reply to emails, you have to call them to agree on something, BUT then you don't actually have it in writing from them, right?
They don't even know exactly how many people you're moving in with - their internal communication is awful! do not trust them, the people who show you the rooms are only trying to get their commission.
They'll say they'll provide you with anything you need in the kitchen, but after you sign the contract you have to buy everything yourself!! We've spent 6 months waiting to have a fire alarm battery changed.
DO NOT USE THEM! YOUR TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN THEIR £150 FEE.
THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO KEEP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. With 2 months notice
When showing the other rooms in the flat they do not give notice, which is very intrusive.
The list can go on... just STAY AWAY FROM NEW WORLD ACCOMMODATION (NWA LONDON)!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
What could the agent have done to change my mind? Be respectful of both my time and money. I've had to move out because of circumstances outside of my power, took very good care of the property and could have looked for another room within their database, but chose not to because of the appalling attitude! Now I'm experiencing myself their greed for any profit off my back. I hope my reviews helps other tenants wake up and not rely on their awful service and immense lack of effort to give a basic, reliable customer service.Attached Filesnbsp;
