Initially they seemed to be a good agency. However towards the end of my stay, they got in my flat more than one times to show it to prospect tenants without my permission. They basically breached the terms and conditions of my contract. They hardly ever apologised for that. Furtermore they justified cutting 100 pounds off my deposit for unecessary cleaning when the flat they provided to me in the first place was not that clean.
My opinion is 'Do not bother with them'. Their agency shows that money is above people's needs. Stay away from them really.

The response from their agents took too long. Once we left the property they have booked cleaners without even noticing us. Their charges for cleaning company were silly... Avoid this company if you have a choice....

Where do i start? All complains lodged at start of tenancy. (I was asked to like it or lump it at 7 months and was asked to leave due to not paying rent after 7 and a half months), (paid rent for the first 5 months)
