I would reccomend people to stay away of this agency. The staff in Hale is quite rude and seem to be not much bothered about customers (unless maybe you are a landlord). On our house viewing the agent couldnt answer for any questions we asked and only just said they will email me. After a week of no reply I constant ''we will contact you'' I have written a letter stating my concerns where after 3 weeks of waiting I have finally been given some answers. My questions were were basic and simple.
After we finally decided on the flat we had to stay 4 days without heating as the agency wouldnt send anyone to sort out the broken radiators and only instructions were send via email.
When I have reported a damp in wardobe the landlord decided to came in itself to investigate the damp. While I was explaining the man the problem his wife was very rude and walk around the house and checked and touch my belongigngs, open and walk into the closed rooms which I found inaproprate. They only came to see the damp no other house check was agreed. She was just rude and noisey. The damp was not sorted which lead us to move out as I have damaged many clothes and had to throw them away. Even a engeener was send to investigate it and he agreed that it has to be sorted but I was only send a piece of car carpet to cover the damp! and box of gel balls! Joke!

Also when we moved in there was several paint touch ups on the walls I have reported them in my inventory but when we moved out they 'lost' the inventory and demnaded money of me. We had prrof we had bring that into branch but wouldnt do anything and keprt saying ''it gone missing''.
The agent was clearly working on the landlord way. The tenants, once they paid the monnies are clearly no one to the agency and they really not helpful toward the tenants. In general they seem to be above you.

It was very bad experince and I really regret I didnt carry on with an official comlaint.
